Forbidden Cycles makes tall risers also. A lot of guys who run protaper bars use them.

I have a set of 11" Forbidden risers. With the ProTapers they come out to 14", but they also make them in 9" if you want them a little shorter. Not sure if you'll be able to mount the gauge on top, but I just flipped mine around and didn't have to extend the wires. The risers come with a nice one piece top clamp anyways.

over 8in on risers don't even bother with rubber or even poly bushings. Use solids. Chubby's Wild 1's makes 9.5 risers that take a stock clamp. Death Squad makes 10 and 12 inchers that take a stock clamp. WC T-Bars make bars all the way to 14in and you can have em add bungs for the speedo mount or you can use the accutronix guage bracket..forbidden cycles, loner industries all make em too. Plenty of options man depending on your budget and patience.
