I spoke to the owner of the dealership and he agrees that it may be a bad front end or an issue with the steering head(neck). They are going to try to adjust it once more and if it does not fix the issue they will give me a new 2012 SB.
No offense but you sound like a new rider. Have an experienced rider take the bike out and see if they have the same problem. The SB has high bars, could be you are gripping them too tight causing a weave that gets worse the tighter you grip. Having loose clothing that flaps in the wind will start it and cause you to grip the bars tighter.
If the other rider has the same problem you should take it back to the dealer. The bike is under warrenty.
Thanx but I have been riding for years(read the OP). I have worked it out with the owner of the dealership.
Hope they fix it or you get that new bike. You should not obviously be having this issue . Glad the owner of the shop where you have your bike is stepping up to the plate.

Reading the original post it sounded like you haven't ridden motorcycles very much from the way you vaguely described the problem. And you said you sold a bike 15 years ago after riding it for 3 weeks. My apologies.
You handled the problem correctly. Problems with a new bike should be taken care of at the dealer. I have enjoyed my SB, It is not the best handling bike I have but it is stable and has no problems when ridden normally.
