How does the 1993 FXRS-CON compare? I can snag this one for around 5-5.5k.... 25k miles, new rubber mounts and front rear bearings just packed, original bags

That and the FXDX-T came with the touring seat rather than a fastback style. If I had a choice of the two, I would get the T because you can always remove the bags and fairing, but it costs money to put them on a FXDX. I'm currently shopping for a more comfortable seat for mine.

They are nice bikes, but I wanted the TC engine. I picked up my FXDX with 15,900 mile for $5,600. You can still take advantage of the bad economy and get a good deal. It was missing some of the original parts, but it was stuff that I would have changed myself anyway. The only major things that I am looking at changing is the seat, the pipes and painting the tins this winter. All of these items are in great shape, but I am just making it mine.

T-Sports had different triple trees and rear fender than the regular fxdx in order to mount the bags and fairing. Currently the fairing, trees, bags and fenders bring huge money on ebay due to their rarity. If you found a complete T-Sport for a nice price snag it up quick.
