If any members have this type of Rack on their FatBobs,i'd appreciate any comments on it's usefullness(is it decorative or can it support a bag)etc also any pics on your bike would be great.
Cheers,Graham.

Reason: missed FatBob off title
Thanks, should have done a search, the only excuse I can offer is old age.
Have you had any issues with the Bag rubbing the Fender, you have exactly the rack/sissy bar set-up i'm aiming for.
Graham.

No problems yet, the backpack I got is the Harley brand one from the dealer and it has a firm insert on the bottom of it keeping it resting pretty flat on the rack which is like an inch above the fender. Might be an issue as the bag ages and or sags but for now its new and sits pretty flush on the rack. Not as pretty or cool as a bagger setup but works for me
Not a FatBob, but I have something similar on my 06 Wide Glide; it keeps Tour Master Sissy bar bag from rubbing the fender. That being said, the only thing I've really had in the bag was clothes, rain gear, and the like. If I had a lot of heavy stuff in the bag, especially on the sides, it might allow it to rub, but I doubt it.
I have one laying around from when I had my bobtail fender. It was a great rack because it didn't sit all up high off the fender like the ones that connect to the backrest.

I'll snap some pics if you need them.
Thanks, any pics would be great,i can't make my mind up between the Fender Rack or the Harley Sissy Bar mounted rack like I had on my FXD,I think the Fender like looks better but I do want carry a fair size TravelBag.
Don't know if this is what you are looking for or not, but here are a couple pictures of my Tour Master bag as promised. Sorry for the crappy pics, but I was trying to get angles that showed the bag does not rub the rear fender.
