I ordered a cc fastback about 1 year ago and was excited to get it....It is made nice but I wasnt thrilled with the fit. I think it is sleek looking and comfy, but I didnt like how I could see the under side of the seat when mounted on bike (the gap fore mentioned). I didnt bother contacting to get it fixed, it is hanging on wall in garage. Might give it another shot or sell..

I'll bet if you didnt have the pin stripe it would look better, but the pin stripe is so smooth and clean that the seat fit shows every bit...
How does the bottom of the seat look? Does the C&C seat pan look like its formed wrong? or have excess material that is creating the gap?
Bought a C&C fastback for my Iron and to get everything to line up right I literally had to slam the back of the seat forward. My big C&C problem was that the front of the seat was loose and would slide left to right when I rode. I called Chuck up and he said to wrap a piece of leather around the tab and that should fix it........Nice guy and everything but if the answer to a 300 dollar seat is to wrap a piece of leather around the tab to make it fit right then that's just wrong. Long story short is that my Corbin fits perfect, mounts perfect and is the most comfortable seat that I have ever had. I will stick with Corbin.
There is nothing causing the gap ie. excess material or anything and if I take the securing bolt out of the back on the fender and press down or sit on the pillion, I'm 220 it flattens out some but never is perfectly flush. So I'm not to sure I emailed him pictures of my seat and he was locking the doors as I called so he is going to take a look and get back to me tomorrow. Hopefully some other WG owners can chime in.

Maybe its a pan for a different dyna that was shipped by accident, looks like the rider seat is a great fit, and the rear could be for a different style fender.
Definitely looks like a dyna seat, just maybe for a different rear fender model...
but again, imo it should be a smooooth fit!
