Default Yet another Dyna/FL build....

I've been cruising these forums for years and never joined. Just reading and studying here and there to learn what I needed at the time. About a year ago I had this idea to put a heritage front end on a newly acquired Dyna, and started gathering parts. I knew anything could be done with the right tools and a little know how, but I didn't have alot of the technical know how (this being my first Dyna, and never owning a Heritage) So I finally joined up here just to ask questions, etc. about this new project.
That's a little back history, but I know yall came here for the pics, so let's get on with the build.

A couple of "stats":
2000 Heritage frontend (chromed)
Rick Doss "Indian style" teardrop nacelle
20" apes with fully chromed controls and Avon grips.
Factory front wheel retro fitted to the 2000 frontend. Long term temporary fix....at some point I will run mamoth spoke rims, but gotta recoup (financialy) from this project first.
Also white walls front and rear as the tires need replacing (which is VERY soon on the front.

I've done 75% of the modding (I'll probably be asking questions on the rest) and have it almost ready to go together for good, but here are a few pics of the final mock up (keep in mind some of these parts are only being used for mock up...such as the riser mounted speedo...that won't be there and obviously there won't be a set of beach bars draped over my seat...LOL).

Any and all feedback, hints, criticism, comments, questions, advice, or cursing is welcomed.....So let have it!

Looks great. Really like the nacelle. People have had a lot of trouble getting the hd nacelle to work with the Dyna rake, but it looks like you found a way around. With all the Switchbacks and other FL conversions (mine included in the near future) that Rick Doss will have a nice distinctive look. Nice work.

Very nice. Love the headlight. Is a rear fender in the works?

That will be AWESOME! I even like the engine paint theme, as in no paint except the jugs. I'm going to de-black and de-clearcoat my engine also (I want petina).

It really has a 60s Hot Rod look going there. Please keep posting as you appear to be an "Idea Man" and we always need more of those..................
