Fxdl won't work, they have the built in 3 degree rake in the tree but like everyone else has said 06-07 SB and 06 up FXD and FXDC. Just be sure to check part numbers I almost bit off on a low rider off eBay.
Just for clarification guys, the 2006-2007 SB upper tree will not fit on the 08 and later street bob. I bought one, powder coated it and tried to put it on, it fits but the fork tubes to not line up, its about an inch too far back when compared to the bottom. Anyone planning on doing this should buy an 08 and later superglide upper tree.
EDIT: I believe they may have changed the rake slightly when the went to the integrated risers on the upper tree in 2008. Just because they're 49mm doesn't mean ****, this is coming from someone who learned this a week ago and then had to by a 2011 superglide top tree...

I just googled every year FXDB from '06 to '11. They all have 0* rake in the trees, 29* in the neck.
Do you have photos of your stock tree vs the replacement you purchased? Would love to see.
