I have an 08 integrated riser on my 2007 bob so they have to be the same.

I bought a 2007 street bob top tree, and tried to use it with my 2011 bottom tree, and it was about an inch off.

Well I guess it's possible that the top tree I bought was packaged incorrectly from the factory...

Doesn't make since to me either..
