Have done a search and cant find much for the Dyna, unless I am not looking in the right places??
I have heard about fitting a True Track to the pre 09 frames?
Does it make a differance, would fitting one to a 06 be any benefit?

My bike was already tight and I had gone to Ricor suspension beforehand, so my gains weren't breathtaking. Instead of True Track I went with Sputhe, but the outcome should be very very close.
I couldn't really tell a difference in handling other than I noticed that I was dragging my pegs with a much higher frequency than before the change.
Others often see a drastic difference with a more stock set-up.
I have a 2007 FXDC. I had a bad wobble at around 60-70 mph and had tried most everything including checking wheel alignment, pressure, steering tube tightness and the fork brace.
After installing the truetrack, the wobble went away and removed the forkbrace with no issues.I have since then added progressive springs up front and ricor in the rear and rides great.
Sputhe does the same thing but offers the front and rear as separate components so you can just add the front if you want. Its pretty easy. The rear is a PIA though.

The rear of both brands are equally difficult for sure. I can't see anyone doing the rear without help, I tried for 90 minutes and got nowhere, I needed another hand to spin the wrench, wobble extension and socket while I worked on the other side to align the mount.
Singlehandedly the rear job is a 10 to infinity in difficulty, with help it's about a 2 or 3, but that's just for one bolt, the rest is easy.
Retired mechanix so was able to do the job myself. Rear install was a little difficult but one person can do it. time? about one hour on rear. Front is a snap. Outcome? Awesome...going straight I noticed an instant differance. Highly recommend the True Track.
made a huge difference on my 06 dyna
I have since upgraded front and rear suspension and the bike is smooth and steady even when the speedo needle is maxed out

Scouser,
You originally from Liverpool?!
In answer to your question, YES, it will be a real benefit. I fitted a True-Track kit to my 03 Dyna and also have one on my Glide. It will improve stability and tracking, even in a straight line, as well as tightening up feel and handling in bends. When I fitted mine I could feel the improvement before I got into top gear for the first time. I will add that I bought both my kits before T-T started supporting HDF. If you ask them nicely they may give a Forum discount?

Thanks for the replies, do all Dynas need them as I havent picked my bike up yet, is it a ride and see or will it be best if I just fit one??

Hi from the UK! It is always difficult to answer a question like that. The majority of Dyna owners have probably never heard of True-Track and are quite happily riding around with what they have.
On Dynas the rubber mounts are not provided with any lateral support, unlike every Buell and rubber-mount Sportster, and T-T's stabilizers provide that. I hesitate to suggest you should buy and fit one right now, not least because if you ride the bike as stock and fit one later, you'll better appreciate the improvement they provide! Be assured that it is not going to throw you off if you don't fit one.
