The condensation usually shows up in the spring when the warm air hits the cold metals on the bike. I also park the bikes on some wood pieces to keep the tires of the cold damp concrete. Surprisingly the 02 FXD shows minimal rust/corrosion and it beds down in the garage with the wife's snow/salt laden car during the winter. They don't go out until the roads are washed of the salt in the spring.

I cover mine with an old sheet as well. The bike sits on one of those rubber backed carpets that you see in the entrance to stores. I put a bucket of 'Dry Rid' under the bike to collect the moisture. (I think that's what it's called. I get it at Home Depot)

I think it work really well...........My 2 cents
Sounds exactly like the dehumidifier in my gun safe. Heats up, and moves the air around. Dropped the humidity from 65% to 37% in there.

a tray of cat litter absorbs the moisture well.
buy the good stuff, not the crap from the $1.00 store.
change it every 2-3 weeks.
