That’s not a problem for my choice of a V&H Slip-On
made for the FLD.
The o2 sensors are in the stock header pipes which
stay on the bike.

“shipped to Australia” I can see your point.

I posted this a few days ago... http://i768.photobucket.com/albums/x...3/IMG_0136.jpg

Now these are a true set of Vance and Hines duals. The service dept told me how they did it... They took the new pipes sealed off the old O2 sensor locations since they were too large then modified the pipes with the correct adapter for the new O2 sensor. All in all if I were to go with a setup like this would run me just over a grand

That’s some handy information for sure.
The dealership I use would crap there drawers if I mention
something this drastic that’s not in the book.
I need to add they are still the best service dept. I’ve ever use.

What all does that grand cover?

I think a grand is about right with what I’ve seen other charge.
To me it’s a good deal actually.
The only thing that was left out was Dyno Tuned.
I was told you don’t have to do it, however you
should fine tune it to get the max performance.
Sounds good to me but I’m not an expert,
as far from it as you can get.

I agree as long as they didn't wrap around the bike. More like the SG duals but finished differently and in such a way to look good with bags off too.

Smile switchback exhaust

When I bought my Switchback in August the Nightstick was the only exhaust option. I had a pair of V&H Oval slip ons from my 05 Road King. I took the right one and made a couple of brackets, welded them on to line up with the original mounts, pipe diameter is the same, fit like a glove! I left the original hangers on the muffler, there not noticeable unless your bending down to look at them. [see pics]
