Not quite sure either special ed...

I really like both bikes, i have a street bob.

I do however love the fat bob front end with fat front tire, minus the dual headlight. But i hate the rear fender. So i would buy the fatbob, change headlight and rear fender to an older streetbob style rear fender.

I kinda like the front end of the fat bob but not the back end it looks too bulky to me.I've owned a Street Bob for 5 years, sometimes I like it, sometimes not.I've been through 4 seats,4 sets of handle bars,2 sets of tins,2 sets of saddle bags highway pegs etc.etc.I guess I'm just a tweaker and can't leave anything alone.

Just a matter of personal taste. I like the lines of the SB with a solo saddle over any other scoot out there.

theres no such thing as a good looking "stock" harley if you ask me. if you are gonna leave it the way it is i would go with the street bob for looks but if you are gonna mod some stuff i would go with the fat bob.

Thanks for the feedback guys. Looks like it's right down the line. I'm probably leaning towards the FB.

I'm working with both sellers to see where we can net out. As it stands now...

'08 Fat Bob--$10,200
'09 Street Bob--$9,200

It's tough to be selling a bike right now. I took a pretty good hit on my '10 Road Glide just a few months ago. Wish I had kept that Roland Sands a/c now...

i had a street bob and now own a fat bob. i like the fat bob because of the dual front discs and big front tire. i think it handles the road better. not a big fan of the drag bars. once i change the bars out and get it comfortable for me. i will be happy. so example. fat bob with street bob handlebars= sweet to me
