Ok....
Guys and Gals....
I have my intiminators....
And I have the Amsoil 10 wt. ( 2 Qts ) as reccomended by Brian.
Butt Im a little confused about the amount to put in each fork....
I weigh 180 and ride aggresive....
I do not have a manual so I do not know the recomended stock fill level....

I thought Brian had a recomendation in his instructions... If no one gets back to you I'll check on it tonight. If I recall its not all that different than the stock, i.e. you fill them to withing XX inch of the top. Since the amount of oil left in varries, they don't specify ounces of oil, just to fill the fork to a certain level before buttoning up.

Actually the manual does give the figures in both volume and dimensional, 845cc or 95mm with the forks fuly compressed and purged of air. Better to use the oil level, I put mine in at the stock level using the recommended 10wt Amsoil with the stock springs but I did cut down the stock spacer by a half inch to so as not to change the preload from stock. I used the oem spacer because I think using PVC could alter the air volume since it is so much thicker. Works fine, no complaints at all.
