Burlys here too and still have my belt guard, but I did get the 1" shorter stand since it sat up too straight for me. It's kind of a bitch to put down too.

Mine has burly's in the rear and stock up front and stock stand. The only issue I have ever had was hitting a pothole and the bleeder valve on the brake caliper hit my fender.

Fairly sure you have a wide glide and you will be uncomfortable with how stright up the bike will be with the burly's in the rear and stock kick stand. Like I said I have 11" and the burly's are 10.5" and its questionable for me. The belt gaurd does not have to come off but it may (prob will imo on WG) hit the fender. I would honestly go with the 11" shock in the rear instead no worries with guard or kick stand if you leave the front alone. Just my thoughts and what I did. Looks great to, my sig pic has the stock rear shocks fyi older pic.

I checked my Streetbob and my belt gaurd has a mark on the rear from hitting the fender. I weigh 250 and keep the preload on the lowest setting when riding solo. I find the ride way to rough on any other setting. I don't feel safe with a passenger without a top belt gaurd. It seems to have plenty of clearance between the belt and gaurd so I'm gonna lower the rear of the gaurd about a half inch.
