I'm looking for a handlebar mount. Has anyone tried this?

WHY? I clean enough bug crap off my bike, why would I do that to my phone? Besides, you aren't gonna see or hear anything on your cell riding.

I saw this thing as one of the builds on American Chopper and just laughed at how Senior tried to make it sound like it was something useful. Painful.

It's not intended to hear your, "phone". Many smart phones have GPS features. Many bikes have fairings and stereos, that can be interfaced with your iPhone/iTunes.

And those applications would preclude setting your phone out in the 90 mph wind stream. And I use my GPS feature religiously, I even paid $40 bucks for a RAZR (like the product plug there???) specific mount, but I would be hard pressed to read my display while riding and would just use the audio function fed through the headphone jack or bluetooth.

Correct I'm looking for a mount for my power vision that can be removed easy.

If you're just going to use the audio directions, why not put it in a pocket or belt holder and run the cord to your ear?

I'm all about using something to help me get home but isn't the idea of being on the bike is to get lost and free? How else you gonna find that next great road. All kidding aside anything that makes any of us more comfortable on our bikes will keeps us on the bike that much longer.

I bought one and when I first seen it I thought what a piece of crap. But I decided to try it out any way. Well I can honestly say now that is a great product and it works perfectly for holding my iphone. I would't be without it now. Rating ***** 5 stars.
