2006 FXD35. 13,000 miles on the bike now. Inner Primary Bearing had to be replaced at 10,000 miles. Front fender has a stress crack that developed just before the extended warranty ran out but they said they wouldn't cover it. So I took the front fender apart and used JB Weld to reinforce the fender and put it back together. The crack is still there but it can't move or get bigger so it's fixed but doesn't look perfect.

My sparto tail light went out about 8k mi, but I replaced it with a side mount and put a bar and shield over the hole.
If an idiot like me can cut and solder wires, wire up my own apes, tear apart the tail lights down to the filament (for a quick detach sissy bar kit), change the oil, clear fault codes and still have the bike running stronger than the day I bought it.....hell, I'm considering a softail next. Of course, the most important part, I saved THOUSANDS by doing the work myself and getting quality aftermarket parts.
Sorry for your troubles man.

Don't think I've had any issues. Sorry about your bad luck.

2010 Street Bob brand new.
2 rear fenders (stress cracks) with in first 2K miles.
Clutch cable pull out from inside transmission. Around 3k miles.
Broken bottom motor mount @ 8K miles.
Almost scared to see what my 10K service brings.....
I have an 08 street bob and other than fluid changes I haven't had any real issues. Other than the wheel bearing on the front tire. I have 20000 kms(12000ish miles)
