Unhappy twin cam misfiring...
bike likes to skip a beat upon slow deceleration/acceleration around 60 to 65 mph. It does it almost with regularity. I've changed spark plug wires, cleaned plugs, checked pcIII connections. Bike has never been dynoed and the plugs were a little black and so is the vance & hines pro pipe. Could it just be its running too rich? causing fouled plugs? Should I just take to get dynoed? any help would be greatly appreciated.

try it without the pcIII and see if it does the same thing

it was the power commander, had to reposition it better underneath the seat. They really need to shrink the size of the damn thing.
