Default springer on fxdwg

has anyone got any pics, or know of anyone who has put a springer front end on a 2010+ FXDWG?

if so, could you share them on here?

thanks.

I have a '06 FXDWG and have the same question. I would like to put a stock springer on mine. Would probably lower the front end a little. In the wind.

I just saw one earlier this week, can't remember where though... Sorry. The only thing I do remember is that the front end was from American Suspension.

I'd LOVE to add one to mine, maybe next year...

It would look cool but, but it would take away from the handling of the bike

You can't bolt a Softail Springer on a Dyna unless your willing to do a lot of work. Same with the DNA type forks. You CAN make them fit, but your turning radius will be considerably less than stock. Paughco makes a set of bolt on forks, but they list for almost two grand. If you can get them at cost you will still pay almost $1,700 delivered. To me it was worth it as there is no single part cooler than a Springer, but thats just me. If your looking to save money, buy the DNA and modify it. For what you'll pay for a MOCO Springer and then cut it up, you might as well get the Paughco and just bolt it on. Dyna's and Sportsters have different necks than Softails so swapping forks is not a bolt to bolt proposition.
