09 fxdc fuel tank

09 fxdc fuel line
Silly me, I took the connector out of the bottom of my fuel tank which then connects to fuel pump inside tank, will I have dislodge the pipe from fuel pump, I could hear squeaking but still feels firm. Was takin off for a tank repray.

You managed to unscrew the QC from the tank without disconnecting it inside the tank first?
I would say you should probably replace that unit now. Not to be rude, but this is why you should read the manual at least once before you try new things.

Thanks guys for responce, took plate of tank and checked out fuel line on pump, all is good, diconected then tightened connector under tank, checked small rubber seal and clipped her back in. live n learn, tank goes to paint tomorrow to repair mother fu**** of a stone chip and to have harley davidson wrote on tank instead of badge.
