Got a PCV installed a while ago, it runs great. I am planning on adding auto tune module and wide band O2s, does it autotune by itself? Do I still need to dyno it for a fuel map? Thanks!
I already talked to Jamie, he said ok, I do want to actually see how you guys use it in real life. I am planning to do a 107ci kit, don't want to spend money and time doing dyno, plus I don't know any good dyno tuning shop in my area, have to DIY. Jamie said they have a canned map for 107 and the autotune should work just fine.

You have one of the best tuners around close to you. The guy that tuned my bike trained him. Doc, who tuned my bike is one of the top 2-3 in the country. http://www.lonewolfperformance.ca/index.html

I really don't get going to all the cost and expense of a 107" job (+cams?) and then leaving the job unfinished by not getting the fuel set up properly. Are you doing it so you have the number "107" on the side or because you want more power?
All the so-called self-tuner units work the same. The makers produce a map that is their guess at what what will make best power, either by sticking a finger in the air or with some dyno time. You then install that map on a different bike in different conditions and hope its makes best power for you. Chances are it won't. These units do a good job of measuring and keeping the air/fuel ratio where its set at but unless you determine what AFRs make the best power with a dyno then its unlikely that closely controlled AFR is the best tune for power.

I don't know about the original poster; but I am installing the 107", heads, cams etc just to say that I did. Really don't care about better performance or additional power. I think I will get a 107" etched primary cover too, just so everyone can see it.
