I'm with you Risdo. For me tank- mounted guages take my eyes off the road for waaaaay too long considering how long it takes for my old eyes to refocus after looking down. I need them to be up in my normal path of vision.

I have to agree with you. I also prefer my gauges to be on my bars in my line of sight, but it sure was a pain trying to find a tach setup that looked good on the bars. I would say that dual mount would possibly be the easiest mounting option, but after I saw one member on here with the Bombay bars on their Bob I had been trying to figure out how to make it work on a Superglide and then H-D solved my peoblem when they came out with the Screamin Eagle Dyna this year. I then just ordered the bars and gauges thats on it. I would say the only downside is the price.
