I liked it so much I made a custom bracked and mounted it to my Night Train after having it powdercoated black. As stated super bright compared to the stock light and I do a lot of country road riding at night.
OK guys i like fatbob head lights so i brought a second hand pair to put on my wide glide, but in australia only one comes on when on low beam and both for high, is it the same for USA models, can i get double filament bulbs so both come on when on low beam and both on for high?

usa model both lights are on. everyone else has the system you have. unsure of what the actually difference in the buckets are but imagine you'ld need to at least change the wiring for the lamps to get both to come on.
OK, so I've been wondering about whether people really do like the dual headlights on the Fatbob. Do you want to change them to a single unit? Anyone have pics of their machine converted to a single light?
Here ya go. 7 inch single. I prefer it to the dual lights. Just upgraded to the LED Trucklite. Will post new pics soonest.
Haven't ever been a big fan of the dual bucket. Of course I've never paid much attention to people swapping them out, but the few I saw (until this thread) were 5 3/4" buckets, which seem too small for the beefy front end and wide glide trees. I really like the look of the 7" bucket on the bikes posted! Looks killer.

Easily done...first you have to ensure you have twin filament bulbs both sides and then just run a wire from the low beam feed on one side to the low beam terminal on the other.
