So I've been sitting around 'grounded' due to a ruptured ear drum, and came up with a crazy idea... Unfortunately I can't get to my bike to investigate my theory.
Behind the timing cover on the 96TC, is there a keyed shaft of sorts that spins when the engine is running? The reason I ask, is I've always been a watch guy (I love unique watches) and if there is some type of rotating shaft behind that cover, I want to build clockwork onto it. Obviously not to keep accurate time, I just thought it'd be a nice custom touch to have the hands spinning around with the engine running. I already have everything I need to put a 3" assembly in there, just not sure if there's anything in there to make it spin. Any input would be great, I've gotta do something to kill the time while I'm stuck in the house.
