Does anyone here know if the radiator cover and airbox cover mods on these bikes are streetable?

I ran across them, and they look cool enough, but I was wondering if they actually do what they're supposed to?

Personally, I can't stand the radiatopr cover on the stock v-rods, but these people actually make them look pretty good. I just sold my Buell, and I have seen V-rods pretty cheap on the used market. Someday, I might be tempted.
