Dude........How many months in a year?????????????????????????????????????????????? ????????????
ORIGINAL: mcro
I pay 600.00 for good coverage (not just RI state minimum), for a 6 mo. period, Just to confirm, when you guys say per year, do you mean a 6 mo. policy or a 12 month policy?
I'm In Southern CA, and i pay $535 for my 06' superglide per year for AAA insurance. I have full coverage, 50k/100k, $250 deductables 5,000 annual miles (thats gonna go up to 10,000 miles this year). I also pay $1568 for my 2002 ford ranger (which is paid for) it has the same coverage as the harley, but is set at 10,000 miles a year (it will go down to 5,000 miles a year, because i ride the harley so much). I'm 26, i've had my class C license since my 16th birthday, and just got my M1 endorsement in march when i bought my bike. I have a ticket on my record for rolling thru a stop sign. My total premium this year was $2103 but i got a discount of $140 credited to my account because AAA is a non profit company and that was my dividend for the year. $1963 for both vehicles for the year.
I pay $385 per year to the Gecko on my 06 FXDI for full coverage. Thats with $1,000 ded. also coves $500 in addons,....which I have 6 times more addons than that. I could get $3700 worth of add on coverage for appx $650 per year but the bikes paid for so I guess I'm a tight wad.
$275/year full coverage (2004 Dyna Superglide), $500 deductable (American Family), I'm 50 y/o. I did not opt for the $5000k medical since it added quite a bit. I have other medical insurance that should cover injuries (at least for me).
This is one of those times that i dont feel so proud to be a canadian, I pay $2244 per year and that is after my 45% discount four being a safe driver HAHA. Anyways we sure take it up the you know what up here in canada.
I pay $1100/year for both my wives car and my truck, full coverage, $250 deductible, etc etc.
I pay $1100/year (although first year) on my DWG. Have it covered for 13.9 + 2500 addons. The big killer in my policy is that there are so many illegals running around in Florida w/o insurance that I had to add an "uninsured motorist protection" to my coverage and it doubled it and then some. Original insurance w/o it was $460/year.
My hope is that it will go down. The Lizard company deals great on our vehicles, but it's motorcycle coverage is a seperate policy.
