Triple tree install - need some help
I'm in the middle of installing some Fat Bob triple trees and I've hit a problem. I seem to have a gap between the steering head and the top tree. The bearings seem to be seated all the way but the top tree is hitting the bearing adjuster nut which is preventing it from seating against the steering head and leaves a small gap. What am I doing wrong here?

Actually, after looking at some pics of my bike, it looks like there has always been a small gap between the top tree and steering head. Is it supposed to be like that?
