Default Rev Limiter?
was laying in bed this morning and was wondering if these bikes come with rev limiters built in. i looked in my manual but couldnt find anything. also wondering if theres a redline.

Yup, it is dialed in through the ECM
You will know when you hit it and it shuts down the motor, for your protection.

Yes they do,it prevents us from blowing it up,if you hit it the bike will spit and sputter like running out of gas,that's why when you do a tuner the rev limiter is increased,usually around 6200.

a tuner bumps it that high? do you know what it is before a tuner?

I believe it's 5,500.

I believe it is 5,500. Bumped up with stage 1 download and also tuners.
