Pretty sure most of the major tire manufacturers (ie., Metzeler, Avon) recommend a 6.0" (minimum) wide rim for a 200 tire; 5.5" for a 180 (unless you go with the HD Dunlop wide tire kit which has a narrower bead width as spec'd by HD for use on 4.5" rims).
I believe most Dynas can accept a 5.5" rim without mods. However, a 6" rim (wheel assembly) is going to require a different spacer in order to re-establish the proper offset.

You can do 200 on an 18x5.5 I think metzelers me880 will feel that wheel size. As for spacers or anything or stock fender clearance not entirely sure. Just cut the fender and struts off problem solved lol
