My wife rode about 3k on the stock seat with me....then we went straight to our dealer and got the sundowner..........that was 18k ago.

After searching the site and reading all the posts I think I'm going to get a sundowner today. I commute to work 160 miles round trip and my butt gets sore with that lame stock seat on the 07 wg. Wouldn't you guess that I have to ride close to 60 miles to the nearest HD stealer with one in stock. I already called them and asked if I ride down will they ship my stocker back home. The guy said sure for a fee. Unfortunately it isn't the dealer I got my bike at. The one I got my bike at would ship it for free as they have done other parts for free in recent months. I've seen the sundowner and not crazy about the looks either but I suspect my butt will start liking me again after this.

After our first long ride the Mrs said the stock seat had to go.

Replaced it with a Sundowner Deep Bucket and noticed a huge improvement.

Have you considered ordering through Zanotti? \\; Might take a bit longer but cheaper and you won't have the issue of sending the stock seat to yourself.

my girl approves of Sundowner as well! i still have a Lepera Barebones on most the time for when it is just me.

Well, I got the seat and put it on at the stealer. Already put about 100 miles on it. I like it. It pushed me forward just a bit. Enough to give me just a bit more leg bend. We'll see how my chick digs it this weekend when we go to Wilson for the Easyrider rodeo. About a 2.5hr ride
