Avon recently came out with whitewalls for the Cobra line of tires
would you happen to know if any of the new avon cobra www will fit straight onto the fxdb rim? the stock rear 160/70R17 79V isn't a size that is usually offered by any tire company. It'd be great if they did now.
Not really sure to be honest. I saw the ad in a magazine. It siad the white walls were available in all popular HD sizes. Might want to check their website or give them a call
Unfortunately, our rear 17" Dyna wheel isn't a "popular HD size". I'm really starting to doubt we'll ever see a WWW for our 17s.
You have four choices:
1. Not run WWWs.
2. Swap to a 16" rear wheel and get the WWW Avon that will match
3. Run Port-O-Walls....which seem like they would look ok from a far and they're cheap....but something tells me they would look like crap up close. (http://www.mooneyesusa.com/shop/prod...oducts_id=1694)
4. Paint them...which looks like crap.
