I'd recommend something like his build ... big bore 95" (or 96" 97" or 98" since it should all cost about the same) ... an Andrews TW37 or Woods 6-6 cam and TTS MasterTune EFI system ... you could go to the expense of truing and welding the crank, but you will probably be okay without it ... same with all the business in your primary (compensator, and clutch spring, etc) ... you'll probably be okay without it ... [I have a good friend and long-time Harley wrench who sports a S&S 106" in his 2000 Low Rider ... all stock primary and trans ....]
There is a wealth of TTS tuning available on the Engine/Fuel/Intake/Exhaust section of the Forum ... you can PM a few of the guys with similar configuration and get an almost perfect map for your application ....
Heads, big bore, cams and tuner (stay with your SSS if you want) should cost you around around $2,000 - $2,500 depending on your source for parts (discounts) and yield you 95-105 range for both torque and horsepower ...
