I am thinking of adding a tach to my 2012 FXDWG and was thinking of this integrated tach/speedo offered by HD in the attached photo. I am not crazy aout the fact that the tach is analog, but the speedo is not. Does anyone provide feedback about alternatives and/or post some pics to see what some options my look like? Thanks!
If you want to wait a few months you could go with the Dakota Digital. The current model doen't work with the 12 FXDWG but they are aiming for a May release of the model that will work. The model number will be MCL-3212 instead of MCL-3204. I emailed them and asked about the gauge and they replied with the estimated release and model number.
Here's the link for the page with description of the current MCL-3204 for an idea of what the MCL-3212 will feature.

Personally, I'm waiting for the blue version to release , I think it will look nice with the flush mount gas cap and gauge I already have.
Thanks for the reseach -- this could be a good option if I come up dry on alternatives. Call me old-fashioned, but I really like the analog displays when it comes to both the speedo and the tach. The clean look of an integrated unit is very apppealing, but would prefer a set-up that gives an analog look to both even if it means I need to split them up into two seperate units...
