Not sure how high you're looking at going with your bars, but I got my mini-apes (10" rise + 2-1/4" risers x 1-1/2" dia.) made from BRs Custom Bars. He will make any type of bar you can imagine. He's not cheap or fast, but the quality is top notch.

Here's a couple shots on mine...

I love the look of those apes. I think I want to go a couple of inches higher though. Thanks for the pics!

The Todd's Cycle Fat Bob bars look perfect IMO.

Thanks Man! Your bars are pretty sweet too. How tall are they?

Eric they are 12" bars, and 1.25 in diameter. I went from stock drag style bars to these. Didn't know about size from 10"-14" . I figured start with 12" . I have only driven around the my blocks to see how they are. Feels different, for obvious reasons, but good. I love the look.

I'm a huge fan of apes but I don't think the Fatbob is a good candidate. It's a fat bike and t-bars/drag bars just compliment the lines. Maybe something on the lines of the HD street sweepers or similar.
