Im running 16's on a 2 inch riser, got the riser at j and p, apes pre-wired from Hill Country. Immediate difference from drag bars, you can recline back. Plus if I got my travel bag on my sissy bar its like riding in a la-z-boy on long trips. Do it.

I've got the old stock Wide Glide bars that are also on the Street Bob ... not sure about the dimensions ... were widely thought to be 12" but, I think that included the riser height ... in reality, they're ~10-1/2" rise ...

I got a set of offset dogbone risers that were 4" and had them cut down 1/2" so they'd clear my fairing ....

I think the Biltwell Chimps would look great on 4" or maybe go higher with 6" dogbone offset risers ... if it weren't for the fairing, I think I'd try that on my bike ...

I might think about going higher with mine, but it would defeat the purpose of the batwing ... a wind break on my mitts in cold weather ... duh!

I think apes look great ... but, one can go overboard (at least IMO) ...

Good luck with your decision ...

i run these on my fatbob. with 2 inch risers it raises the bars about 10 inches higher and 4 inches wider than stock. all drilled for internal wiring and notched for cruise control. i really like them. i'm 6'2" and my hands are now just below shoulder height.
