I have the Santee 12" low Bonanza Bars. The issue I have is the Santee has a 6inch pullback, which is too short for me. I did some general measuring but obviously I was wrong.
So I am looking at changing out my bars. I prefer a mini ape type bar with a 10-12inch pullback. I found on the Carlini site there Flying apes have a 12 pullback. I just curious anyone with Flying apes how do you like them. How is the pullback on them? Can you post some pictures, preferable from the side/back as I am trying to get good idea how they sit on my Fatboy Lo. http://www.carlinidesign.com/handleb.../flying125.php
If anyone has any suggestions of other mini type apes with a 10+pullback please let me know.
Thanks
Try the "Ape **** thread". There may be a few pics there for you to look over. I have the 16", 1.5 Gangsters sitting here waiting for install. From all I have been able to gather they will suit my needs and comfort level best but I guess we won't really know until we get them on. I'm not big on buying anything in the dark but I have zero Ape experience and I don't know anyone who has them.
Nice bike HarleyHeaven. I hope I didn't over shoot myself going with the 16" bars. It's my 1st rodeo with Apes so about all I had to go on was information gained from this website. My bike should be done in a few weeks so time will tell. Also, because of this triple bypass about all I am going to be able to do for a while is sit on it and listen to it.

Thanks! Carlini's measure about 1.5" higher than advertised.
HarleyHeaven, let me first say that your bike is BAAAADAAZZZ!. Can you tell me what risers you're using and how tall? I'm 5'6" as well and that set up is exactly what will work for me, thanks.

Thanks for the compliment!
I have Carlini High Roller risers. I'm in Daytona and don't have a tape measure handy but I think they are 1 1/4" rise and about 3" tall overall.
