weird, most leds systems are going to need a load balancer... mine came with one. here's the tail light I have: http://www.kuryakyn.com/products.asp...ey&ci=3007

but be sure to check and make sure it comes with one. if not, they should be fairly inexpensive to pick up.

here's a pic of mine.. balancer goes under the seat.
