Default Exhaust and Rust....

Hey everyone,
I have an 09 FatBob and I just have two questions and looking for your advice. 1.) Exhaust - I like the Vance and Hines exhaust systems and I am looking for something loud. Just wondering what y'all would buy. 2.) I need a good rust buster, currently I am using McGuires Chrome Cleaner but it just isn't getting the rust off and cleaning the chrome the way I like. Anyone have any good products out there that they have used to get that sparkle?

Thanks for your advice!

Exhaust; I run V&H Big Guns (staggered) on mine. Really like them. Sounds great! And the "Power chamber" helps out a lot in the bottom end torque department.

Rust; Read my avitar...."it's patina"... Most of the time I just moisten a cloth with windex to wipe down any chrome, polishing chrome is just a waste of time IMO, just keep it clean. Now the hardware...That's a whole different thing. Especially on exhaust. The heat anneals the metal, and there's not much you can do to prevent corrosion once that happens. Maybe replace it W/ stainless steel would help.

Best wishes....Tim(HT)
