I might give it a try next weekend! I'm just worried about the tiny springs now, that one of you mentioned...

How much you think they'd charge me to have it done? The kit is only $22

 

At least an hour, prolly 75-80 bux depending on the hourly labor rate at ur dealer. My suggestion is if theres any doubt in ur mind i'd wait till u have the bike in for service or any kind of warranty work and while its in there have em put em on for ya. I know if the wife wants em on hers i sure as shet ain't goin thru that again!!

 

the springs are the easy part. getting them tabs to slip over the little post things is the only hard part.

 

oh and one VERY important thing that the tutorial thing he posted will mention is to make sure you put some type wedge in the front brake lever so you don't break the brake light switch!!!!!!!
