swing arm fender mount options

swing arm fender mount options
i'm planning on mounting fender struts from my swingarm on an 07 street bob rather than using the conventional fender struts. what are some of you guys using?

I want a swingarm mounted fender as well. I think that fabbing one up relatively easy because there is already a good mounting point on each side using the existing passenger peg mounting points.
The problem I am visioning is the seat. I don't like the pan seat options or springs under the *** that most go with. I want something similar to what I have now. Maybe a bare bones rebuilt with more filling in the bottom to fill out the empty spaces kinda similar to a softail seating?
