Very cool. Looking forward to your report on the rears.
Are you still going to have cohen do the dyno?
I'm heading out there friday to have him install the new pcv and re-dyno it. Just wondering.
BOB,
I will have cohen moto do the dyno but it wont be until later this year when i do cams. I decided againt motor work for winter mods, since suspension is better to do first...
and i will definatly give a good report once my bike is back on the road...
hey bud i do not care what ANYONE says.... replace your pulley bolts, do not re use them... replace them! REPLACE THEM!!!! i have had to machine 4 dyna hubs now from people that re use the stock bolts and they sheer them off, myself included... replace them! also run 15 w oil in the forks you will really like how it works with the emulators and keeps things tight so you can tip into turns with no dive but have enough flow to keep the ride soft... on your brakes. pull out the pistons and clean them... pull out the seals and wipe them down with some fresh brake fluid and then brake clean the calipers.... mine where horrible when i did mine last... you have the stuff off you may as well. and bleeding out a single caliper is super easy! fresh fluid never hurts bud... and you know my recomdendation, lyndall gold pads man! no dust... great stopping power and long long life!
glad to finally see a pic of a bike on jack strapped down! hahahaha keep it up!
ooh did you drill out your damper holes in the fork dampers at all with the fork emulators? i have not done it myself but i have heard great things about it... there is a big article on it actually... if you can not track it down let me know ill find it for you. (just saw you are using 15w and lyndall pads) hahahaha my bad

Those bolts are gonna be swapped out for sure, should i just replace them with oem bolts or get some grade 8's?
Also the mc brakes are new to me since this will be my first brake job,
so thanks for the tips.
