Question about fatboy headlight
I'm going to put the 7" fatboy headlight on my dyna and ive read that guys use HD part number 69611-06. I called the dealer to ask about it today and he said that he wasnt sure if it would work but he would order for me. He said it is intended for use with harleys bullet style headlight. Ive read that this mount moves the light up and back. Anybody know if this is the right mount to use?

I put a 7" bullet on mine and used a 1" tall 2" forward which I liked over the others cause it sticks about an inch out from the tree and is only an inch tall. The one you mentioned is about 3" tall. I would think with the 7" shallow bucket the Fat Boy uses that would put it kind of high between the upper and lower trees and make it more difficult to tilt the headlamp for adjustment. If you don't want a block that sits forward of the trees you can also try one of these which would center it but still keep it low 3/4" Headlight Block Mount for Harley-Davidson

Thanks for the advice, i want something that is going to tuck it up and in a little bit, i just dont want it to look pushed out and out of place like some of the ones ive seen.
