Not too much at all. A ratchet with an 8" or longer extension. 1/2" socket, 1/2 open/box wrench and possibly 5/8 socket and wrench for brackets. You will also need some Allen wrenches to mount the new bracket to the transmission. Not sure the exact size though. I just took off my drag pipes and put on a White Brothers 2-1. It didn't come with the bracket so I made my own using the stock one. That is why I'm not sure the size for the trans. I left that bracket on and added to it. I did mine by myself and it only took maybe a half hour if you don't count the fabrication of the new brackets. Nothing else had to be removed either. Pretty straight shot. I did get new gaskets, nuts and flange retainers also. Wanted everything new. Not sure if any anti seize is recommended on the studs, but I didn't use any. I did retorque them after an hour ride though. I also made sure I used lock washers on all of the brackets. Good luck and let's see some pics when done.

- Recommend a ball-head allen key (1/4") to get at the bolt behind the cable.
- New crush gaskets
- Anti-sieze for your O2 sensors.
- I bought a thin 22mm open-end wrench to turn my sensors. Also bought an O2 sensor socket, but didn't end up using it. (7/8" or 22mm)
- some blue tape to cover engine casings on right to prevent damage
- socket extensions to turn header nuts

[if you dont have 02 sensors, forget that bit ]

Torque wrench, rode, re-torqued. I also used a large socket to help press the gaskets in evenly.

I used torque wrench on header bolts. It was less torque than I thought, meaning less than I would have done by hand. You only (on my '06) take them to 60-80 INCH pounds. Just enough to squish the gaskets some.

All you really need is a metric crescent wrench.

Looks great Rob, enjoy it. I am so much happier switching over to the 2-1. The drag pipes were just too loud and biting. Not loud in a good way. The 2-1 gives it a much mellower deeper rumble. Still loud but more pleasing. Just sounds more powerful. Not sure if the T-header sounds the same, but I'm sure its not far off. There baffling technique reminds me of the first Flowmaster mufflers for the Mustangs. One of the best sounding exhausts ever. Now go have some fun.

I'm jealous of that near 80* weather you had there yesterday. It was cold and damp here and still is. 33* this morning and did I mention damp. My brothers in Charlotte and he called twice to rub it in yesterday.
