Default Considering dual headlight

Interested in opinions/suggestions/photos on dual headlight set up for my 11' FXDC. Just last night I realized my high beam is out, and I've always liked the dual headlight look on the Dyna's. Tax return arrived recently... might be time to do this?

Any suggestions would be welcomed.

Thanks folks!
David

I'm sure it can be done SOMEHOW, but the width between the forks isn't enough to accommodate the dual headlight. I'm sure with some type of bracket that makes them stick out, they would work. I'd love to do this to my 07 FXDC as well.

Yep, can be done. You'll need a machined adapter/mounting bracket

I mounted the fat bob headlight on my Night Train. As you may or may not know the forks are quite a bit narrower than the bob so I flipped the factory bracket over and made a simple 90 degree bracket out of a piece of angle (that I worked on to make it look better) I put a slotted hole in the top and hung the angle facing down over the bottom tree with a single hole in it. Than I bolted the light to the front part using the factory light mount and bolted the other end of the angle (with the slotted hole for adjustment) to the original hole in the triple tree and it was good to go.

I had the bucket and the bracket I made powder coated black. Works good and puts out a lot more light than the 5 3/4" factory light.
