Default Question on Vance and Hines Slip-ons

I am looking at Slip-ons for my 2009 Super Glide Custom. The guy I am talking to about buying them from took his off from 2007-2012 Softail. He believes they will work with the Dyna as long as it doesn't have the Tommy Gun head pipe.

Before I spent the money I just wanted to confirm this. Will these work

I would guess not. My ASSumption would be two different frames, two different ways the the pipes mount.

Unless he will let you test fit them before purchasing them.

Don't think they are gonna fit...different mounts for a softail vs. a Dyna.

Most likely it will not work. You can always check the V&H site and see if the mufflers have the same part numbers.

The mufflers themselves will probably work. My guess is the support bracket is what would be different. I could be wrong though.
