What year is your bike? I have a 12 superglide with 16's stock risers. Iwent to Harley and they checked the book for the appropriate lengths. I used a burly kit on my sportster and fatboy both with 16's and the kit is JUNK. The cables are crap. The hd stuff is great quality. I also ordered wiring extensions which are plug and play 25 or 30 $. I didn't need them as there is plenty of wire. I ran mine internally. You could go with 18's or 20's with the stock elec wire, it's unreal.

I recently put 14"s on and went with Magnum. I bought the Black Pearl and I'm very impressed.

HCC? Hill Country Customs? I had heard good things about their kits and customer service...

So with 14" apes, I will have enough electrical wiring to run internal?
How far over stock do you need to get for the 14" bars for cables?
I was planning on using HCC but after 3 emails and 2 phone messges (I have made many more calls than I left messages for) and no reply, answer or call back I am jumping ship.
I would be interested in using Magnum but not sure what length to order.
If it matters my bars are the Santee 14" apes and I am really wanting to get them installed!
