Gotta be a nice feeling. I always pay cash for bikes but I finance my cars. Just paid off my car for the first time ever a year or two ago, it's so nice to be done with that.
Congrats! It's a great feeling, isn't it?! Not to get preachy or anything, but you really should find somewhere constructive for those extra dollars to go. Otherwise, it gets pissed away with nothing to show for it. Speaking from experience!

I am financed through Harley Credit as well. The interest sucks but I wanted the bike so **** that. I always buy death and disability on my cars- and at my credit union the Insurance co pays off if i die or become disabled regardless if it happened in the car or not so it won't be repoed and my kid can sell it. The HD INS D&D is a little different...You have to die or get disabled in an event that happened on the bike in order to collect and it's only good for 3 years of ownership on the bike. Worst $1400 I ever spent. No Ins docs were avail at the time of signing. tele **** at the dealer **** (finance office). I am selling my bike just after the D&D runs out.
