I keep going back and forth, think I will stock with 19 to save the cost on the wheel and a new tire. The contrast cut wheels just seem to show so much more detail, but not quite sure if it ties in well with the bike, if the lip of the contrast cut wheels were machines it polished it would be a no brainer.
Cheapest would be to power coat the wheels you have now, next up the line are the HD Switchblade wheels which look a lot like chrome versions of what you have now, pretty nice wheel for the $$$.

Not necessarily looking for the cheapest option, just an option in my budget.

I actually am in discussion with them now, looks like it will probably be the HogPro Torque 7 in chrome....just haven't finalized the decision yet.
bought my wheels from coastal moto, it was a toss up between them and hogpro, coastal threw in the contrast cut rotors for less then hogpro so they got my business.
I still just keep going back and forth about chrome vs contrast cut....I was thinking if I went contrast I would PC the solid rear wheel black, just don't see a lot of bikes with "color" fitted with contrast cut wheels, just hate to buy one or the other and regret it, already went through that with my car rims and ended up getting them PC'd
1. Go 21" no ifs and or buts about it. Fill up the fender, fill up the front end, show off more wheel.
2. Of the ones you listed I like none. Find a clean 5 spoke or something similar to what you have now in 21". Your bike is clean, simple, and somewhat stock in appearance... don't go extreme with a loud style front wheel.
3. Black or chrome, these are your two options. Contrast cut has it's place on the right bikes, but again yours isn't it. Personally I think contrast cut is actually ugly.
after looking at your bike , i think the 21 would look alot better than the 19 . heres mine with a 21 and wifes with 21
