That IS a sweet setup! MAN that looks especially nice on the Switchbacks!
Definitely on my radar for the trip to Sturgis this year.
i think you would be happy with it, especially the quick detach part of the deal... my plans are ct this summer and myrtle beach this fall and i can just remove all of the luggage and leave it in my hotel room when im out and about.
if you get me a color sample no problem! i coated mine and Jacklys in gloss black
Well i was thinking about this (in the attachment) for one up, now I'm thinking maybe go the hard one like on this thread for one up and getting the jackyl setup for 2 up...maybe kill two birds with one bag. I'll have to find out a way of getting you a sample, looks like lots of FLD guys who also have red are becoming interested too. I'm chewing on if this is the way to go for me:
Joe, I have this rack coming that I was going to bolt the leather bag to. I'm the same guy who called you a while back about powdercoating it in black but have since changed to chrome (on the rack.)
I may be able to bolt the hard bag to it too, I dunno. STILL waiting for the fabricator to deliver the rack. Been two months. Irregardless, if I DO go the hard bag route, I'd need it to match the color, so I will be in touch once i figure the above out. Pic compliments of surfor chop:

Hey Bob
I can't remember if it was on here or the other forum but one of the guys had bought some of the HD paint. If there was a was that Joe could get this he could color match everything that we wanted to PC

John, Joe side-barred with me. To PC, it goes on at 400 degrees. You can't PC fiberglass. Back to square one here. He can however, PC the battery and fuse boxes.
those are HD color codes though, they do not match up on RAL or any other scale for that matter... FB you can not powder plastic or fiberglass but you can still paint it, as well as coat all the hardware that is associated with this. if you have a color sample any paint shop can stick it in a overhead and be able to digital mix you paint to match... that is no problem
