I received the lift on Tuesday. I pm'd Jackyl again as I have a question about the lift interfering with my pullback handlebars clearance. Still haven't heard back and I almost begged him to reply. I know he's very popular on this site and I've never heard a bad word about him but I'm not real happy about his "customer service" at this point.
