Jackyl 2inch tank lift

Anybody heard from Jackyl lately? I sent money via paypal as instructed for his 2inch tank lift over a week ago and havent received confimation that it has shipped. I did send him a pm but no response.

Jackyl is a stand up guy. I'm sure whatever the deal is, he will get to you as soon as he can.

thats the problem with dealing with a guy with no brick and motar, he works out of his garage, i think maybe he is on vacation he has been on this forum for years

I did include my hdforum name. He might just be away from the computer. Hopefully my tank lift will be here within the next week.

I ordered a 2" lift from Jackyl last week. Before ordering from ebay I pm'd him and asked if it would be better to go direct or ebay. Never heard back so I ordered it from ebay and included my forum name and a note. Never heard back from him. I sent him a message via ebay and finally, last night sometime he send me a tracking number. I kinda expected a little rapport as we've pm'd each other occasionally over the last few years. Suppose to arrive today. I wouldn't call it "personal" service but maybe he's busy?
